The Ministry of Tourism, Environment, Fisheries and Marine Affairs, Culture and Heritage,
Agriculture, Religious Affairs and Gaming is inviting public feedback on the proposed
MERCHANT SHIPPING BILL & REGULATIONS 2021. A Consultation Document is attached
for which details the key provisions that are being proposed to address key issues in the public
debate. The public is encouraged to submit responses by April 30, 2022.
