The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is a Public Office and the primary prosecution agency of Turks and Caicos Islands(TCI). It is headed by a Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) who has the constitutional power and responsibility to prosecute all persons charged with criminal offences against any law and before all Courts in TCI.

Under section 97 of the TCI Constitution, the DPP is also a constitutional institution protecting good governance.
